Application refers to the MILOE software provided by the individual creator ("Developer", "We", "Us", or "Our") and downloaded by You on any electronic device.
Application Store means the Apple App Store or Google Play Store where the Application was downloaded.
Country refers to the United Kingdom.
Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Service refers to the Application and its features, including journaling and AI-generated affirmations.
Terms means these Terms and Conditions.
User Consent & Data Processing refers to Your agreement to allow anonymous journal content to be transmitted to a third-party AI provider for affirmation generation.
You means the individual using the Service.

MILOE is designed to support personal well-being through guided journaling and personalized, AI-generated affirmations. It is intended for self-reflection, not medical treatment.
The content provided in MILOE is for informational and personal development purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional psychological or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Affirmations in MILOE are generated using artificial intelligence based on Your journal inputs. This content is automated and may not always be accurate or contextually appropriate. You are responsible for how You interpret and use it.
When using the affirmation feature, Your journal entries (without personal identifiers) are securely and temporarily transmitted to a third-party AI provider to generate personalized affirmations.
